If cancelled within 24 hours, 25% of the lesson fee will be charged. If cancelled within 18 hours, 50% of the lesson fee will be charged. If cancelled within 3 hours, 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.

All bookings are considered preliminary. They become final only after being recorded in the system and confirmed via email (typically in the evening). Please be patient until processed!
