Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled within 24 hours, 25% of the lesson fee will be charged.
If cancelled within 18 hours, 50% of the lesson fee will be charged.
If cancelled within 3 hours, 100% of the lesson fee will be charged.
Weekend Appointments:
For weekend lessons or translations, a 25% surcharge applies.
Handling Late Arrivals:
To ensure the smooth flow of sessions – for 60-minute lessons, a 20-minute delay, or for 90-minute lessons, a 40-minute delay will result in the session being considered held and the full fee will be charged.
